While we strive for excellence in all our digital services, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project or service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
Force majeure events, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute breach of these terms.
We provide a 90-day warranty on deliverables to be free from defects and perform according to specifications.
